PRODUCTS

1. All products are to be applied in complete compliance with the manufacturer's recommendations. In the event that the purchaser of a product can prove that the product has failed due to the fact that a faulty product has been supplied, the liability will be confined to the invoiced price, at the discretion of the manufacturer.
2. Technical support will only be given if DURALINE specifications have been followed.
3. Products are only available in the sizes as listed in the price list.
4. Unless otherwise stated all containers, i.e. drums, tins, crates are part of goods sold.
5. Pallets and other handling materials are not sold and must be returned to the manufacturer without delay. Handling material not returned within 14 days will be charged for.
6. Ownership of goods sold shall not pass until payment for such goods have been made in full.
7. Delivery of goods shall be deemed to be effected upon consignment to the consignee. Goods delivered by the manufacturer shall be deemed effected upon delivery to the purchaser's servant or agent.
8. Any products tinted from either non-DURALINE bases or ICC colourants will not be warranted for use.
9. Goods returned after 7 days will be charged with 10% handling fee.

ORDERS

1. In the event of orders placed for products not reflected on the official price list i.e. products specifically manufactured for specific requirements of purchaser, the purchaser shall be obliged to accept and to pay for any delivery which is within 10% (shortfall or excess) of quantity ordered. The product shall be non returnable.
2. Special colours tinted will not be refundable or accepted for return.

PRICELIST

1. Management may without prior notice alter prices and goods sold will be invoiced at the price on dispatch date.
2. The price list cancels all previous issues.
3. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
4. We do not hold ourselves responsible for any errors that may appear on the price list. Every effort will be taken to prevent the occurrence of any errors.
5. Terms of sale are outright purchase. No consignment or sale-return arrangements can be entered into.

DISCLAIMER

1. The purchaser shall have no claim against the manufacturer for any loss or damage which may have been sustained due to any defect in the product supplied or as a result of late delivery.

PAYMENT

1. Interest on overdue accounts will be levied at 2% per month.
2. We reserve the right to reverse trade discounts on all overdue accounts.
3. Prior arranged settlement discounts will only be granted if payment is available in our bank account on the last day of the month.
